    Hi. I bought 2 eSIM adapters (and a Bluetooth reader). I thought I could insert the 2 adapters into my phone to have 2 eSIM profiles active at the same time. But it seems like the EasyUICC only detects 1. Is there any way to use 2 adapters at the same time in the phone?

    Convert physical SIM card to eSIM
    The 9eSIM card can successfully download eSIM profiles that provide QR codes, but the GIFFGAFF phone card in the UK can only convert the physical SIM card into eSIM information through the official app and download it to a smartphone chip with eSIM functionality. I don’t know if there is any technology on 9SIM that can simulate 9SIM as the ESIM chip of the phone itself. thank you!

    EasyEUICC has recognized my 9eSIM Card.
    To add a profile, I need to scan a QR Code.
    I am uncertain as to whether this is an initial set-up QR code or what?
    Does 9eSIM provide this?
    Or is this a typical eSIM Provider Plan QR Code as from Nomad, Eskimo or other providers?
    Please advise.

    Never mind my last comment.
    I downloaded a test Nomad Provider profile QR code and it installed fine.
    But the latest updated EasyEUICC app icon has disappeared from my app list and shortcuts on home screen!

    Hi,
    does the eSIM adapter can be programmed only with the bluetooth (or probably any other cardreader, I assume) reader, or is it possible to write it with Android software as well? (Just like the 5esim cards?)

      Dear customer, 9eSIM card can be programmed by our BLE reader or any other brands PC/SC card reader, and it also can be programmed by an Android/iOS APP.
      If you have a PC/SC reader, the mobile application NekokoLPA(both have Android/iOS version) are recommend. And if you have a Android Phone, you can try NekokoLPA android version or EasyEUICC. A Android phone, usually needn’t the card reader. And, if you are familiar with Wechat, than you can aslo use our eLPA reader(which is a BLE card reader) to programm the card.

        请问手机是只能将9esim卡插入手机卡槽后使用吗?用USB插入读卡器后会出现卡可以正常读取,但是无法接收短信和使用网络的问题。

          您好!eSIM需要被modem读取并与运营商网络进行交互然后才能使移动蜂窝设备接入蜂窝网络。因此卡片在USB读卡器是不能直接被modem读取的。对于大部分安卓9及以后的手机是可以不需要借助读卡器下载的。可以直接在卡槽被modem识别,打APP之后又可以进行eSIM profile管理。

      您好!您是否可以从手机设置手机状态栏看到手机信号标识呢?即使是无服务状态也可以。只要能识别到卡片,说明它已经正常工作了。如果您将eSIM profile启用后,它没有信号,或者无法发送短信或打电话,大多数情况是手机设置与运营商的设置相关。即,您需要看一下您购买的套餐是否具备跨国漫游、是否包含短信发送,话音业务是否开通,是否包含数据流量等等。若您是在漫游状态下使用,您还需要将手机的漫游控制开关打开。

    Ich habe jetzt die aus dem Google-App-Store die App 9eSim installiert. Die Karte wird auch erkannt. Ich würde diese und die allgemeine Funktionalität jetzt gerne testen.
    1.) Ist das möglich?
    2.) gibt es auch eine Anleitung, die sich nur darauf bezieht, wie ich eine E-Sim kaufe und einrichte? Das würde mir sehr helfen!
    3.) In Ihrem Shop wird eine Eskimo 1 GB kostenlose weltweite ESIM angeboten! – Hat diese Beschränkungen und wenn ja welche!? Oder funktioniert diese weltweit unbeschränkt für TELEFON und DATEN!?

    Could 9esim please update the APKs for Android, and consider publishing EasyEUICC_9esim as the official 9eSIM app on Google Play?

    It seems the V2 and V3 have both EasyEUICC’s ARA-M (hash 2A…FA) and 9esim’s ARA-M (hash D1…1F). But the V0 only has 9esim’s ARA-M (hash D1…1F).

    As of May 6 2025, EasyEUICC 1.3.0 was just released. However, EasyEUICC_9esim above is 1.2.0. EasyEUICC based apps only support one ARA-M, so the V0 needs EasyEUICC_9esim (modified with 9esim’s ARA-M) and cannot use the unmodified EasyEUICC 1.3.0. (The V2 and v3 can use the unmodified EasyEUICC 1.3.0.)

    NekokoLPA M 1.11.356 was also just released. However, 9esim-nLPA above is v1.10.331, while the official 9eSIM app on Google Play is v1.11.355. These NekokoLPA based apps support 9esim’s ARA-M, so the V0 can use any of them. However, EasyEUICC appears to work better for downloading (e.g., http://redd.it/1k0grpi, http://redd.it/1kbutx6).

        İ have the same problem with my v0. Compatibility check returns all passed ✓ but when it comes to adding a eşim profile it returns “ara-m not supported. I think the previous post advises a way forward but I was not able to follow it. Please share a method to overcome the problem with clear directives and direct links to the apk’s that i need to download.

If it is convenient, please also provide a screenshot of the error page. In addition, there are many products on the market that have the same chip as our V0 card. If the product is from another company, this error may be prompted. For this error, no matter whose card it is, you can use a card reader to download or manage the profile to solve this problem.

            It doesn’t matter. If our APP cannot recognize your card, you can try to use a PC/SC card reader to manage it, because PC/SC card readers can always recognize it regardless of the manufacturer’s similar products.

      You can switch profiles by STK on iPhone. “Settings” -> “Cellular” -> “SIM Applications” -> “9eSIM”.

      您好,一个很关键的条件是需要您的eSIM profile供应商允许被转移。在新的Android系统版本及iOS版本中,设备端的软件应用已经具备了转移profile的能力,但它依然需要运营商的许可。在我们这种方案中,您一般需要先将原profile删除然后再使用我们的profile扫码下载,但是请您务必先与您的运营商确认好是否可以转移(可以和对方说是换手机了),否则您可能会无法找回您的profile。

      您好,请问您写入profile的时候是使用的我们的APP吗?如果是的话意味着它是可以被手机识别的。如果您是通过外部的读卡器写入的,您在写入profile后还需要启用profile。不过默认情况下它里面有一个通用的profile,以供一般手机系统检测到有SIM卡插入。
      回到您的问题,您说的“不识别”是指在手机系统的设置里面检测不到有SIM卡插入吗?具体的问题可能还要提供更多的异常状态信息给我们。能否麻烦您将 设置-》蜂窝网络 界面截图发给我们一下呢?support@9esim.com

    Hallo! Ich habe heute die 9esim erhalten und versuche es auf meinem Galaxy A52s 5G/Android zu aktivieren. Leider kann ich im SIM Manager die eingelegte SIM nicht einschalten. Wenn ich Einschalten drücke, passiert nichts, es bleibt ausgeschalten. Es steht “Default Service Provider” dabei. Was kann ich tun?

      Hallo, das Herunterladen der Software dient lediglich dazu, das Herunterladen des Profils auf die 9eSIM-Karte zu erleichtern. Wenn das Profil heruntergeladen wurde, können Sie STK zum Verwalten des Profils verwenden. Für den allgemeinen Gebrauch ist keine 9eSIM-bezogene App erforderlich.

      Hello, I’m very sorry for the bad experience! This kind of problem is usually caused by missing system components or insufficient application permissions. You can try again by opening the software with administrator privileges, or cross-verify whether it can be used with another EasyLPA. If neither works, you may need to try again on another PC.

        Thanks for your advice. Probably smart card politics was switched off in PC settings as unused. However opening the software with administrator privileges, finally helped to see Sim card profiles.

    I bought 9 eSIM. The program behaves strangely. Both my slots support this technology. I inserted it into the second slot and the SIM card appeared in the program.     Hello, I purchased and received a 9eSIM card to use it on my Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro which, according to your site, is supported.

      If it says that there is no correct ARA-M information, this usually means that this is not our card. May I ask from which channel did you purchase the product?

      However, even if your card is not a 9eSIM, you can still use a smart card reader to operate it. You need to insert the card into the card reader, and then plug the card reader into the USB port of the phone, so that you can use the 9eSIM-related applications to read and manage the profile on the card. Hope this helps.

    国行小米澎湃最新系统,9eSIM v3里,如果启用了一个eSIM配置文件,然后在系统设置中选择停用sim卡,那么这个eSIM配置就无法继续使用,系统会提示“未插入SIM卡”,但换到其他的eSIM又是正常的。用这个不行的配置文件换到其他手机也是正常的。虽然据说可以通过连接电脑使用adb命令pm clear解决,但请问有没有更加简便的方法,并且想询问一下形成这种情况的原因是什么。

    我用 9esim-Nlpa app启用时没有任何反应,
    我用9ESIM LPA 切换显示无法切换到新的ESIM配置文件,并且弹出一个日志文件,4个卡都是如此.1个是 沃丰达,1个是 Helium,1个是REDTEAGO,1个是Firsty.

    接上面的,找到原因了.双卡的手机,我启用后(比如卡1正常卡,卡2为9ESIM),在手机系统网络设置里面只要点击过停用卡2,然后在这个手机将无法识别卡2里面的9ESIM了(手机根本识别不到有9esim这个卡,就像是没有插卡,但是APP打开能看到).换一个手机正常使用.这算不算BUG?停用一下9esim卡槽然后就无法启用了,换卡槽也识别不了.手机是小米14 红米K60

      我们确实有接到部分用户报告这个问题。目前发现解决的办法是需要使用adb或者在设置中清理一下telephony的使用数据后可以恢复。
      参考指令,请注意备份好数据:
      adb shell pm clear com.android.providers.telephony
      adb shell pm clear com.android.phone
      adb shell pm clear com.android.stk
      adb shell pm clear com.android.stk2
